Welcome to Riverwind Fellowship!

In September 1986 David and Gina Collins founded and established Storehouse Church of Boise, Idaho; and in September 1997 the name was changed to Riverwind Fellowship Worship and Equipping Center.  The churches mission and vision scripture was and still is to this day:

​

I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.  He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit,

while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.

You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you.  Remain in me,

as I also remain in you.  No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine.

Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.  I am the vine; you are the branches.

If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers;

such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.  If you remain in me and my words

remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.  This is to my Father's glory,

that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.

John 15:1-8

 

We are a community of believers that are very passionate about the things of God! At the heart of Riverwind is our worship encounter. Our culture is characterized by our intense worship and God's presence.  If you are longing to be connected with the Lord at a deeper level and experience His Love in a new way, Riverwind is for YOU!  We might appear to be casual, but we cultivate a serious relationship with God and His People.

But the hour is coming and now is when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth,

for the father is seeking such to follow him. 

God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth

John 4:23-24

 

Our Core Power Values are to disciple intensely in the Word of God, which strengthens and empowers the ever abiding force of Jesus in our lives.  To bring to maturity the Sons & Daughters of God and His Kingdom here on earth.  One need not die to enter His Kingdom. It is as simple as your kingdom come, and when it does... His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6.10)

At our core we walk in love, live by faith and are completely led by the Holy Spirit!

The promise of the Holy Spirit enables us to touch others with the government of His Kingdom!
